• Commercial Building
• A type of multi-level shopping center
• Possibly a restaurant or a atelier workshop on the peak of the building.

2.  Why are you researching this building typology?

• I am researching this because there aren't many luxury fashion boutiques in Brooklyn. I also believe having an atelier in NYC would be great for people who are interested in creating.
